Whether an investor or just getting ready to sell your home, we can make the home look new again.  Select Renovation will take care of all repairs from the foundation to the roof and everything in between.  We use certified and licensed professionals for services rendered including but not limited to plumbing, HVAC (air condition and heating) and electrical. We can pull all necessary permits in Houston and all surrounding areas. 

We specialize in water remediation. Select Renovation handles the water extraction, removing all destroyed material (minus what the insurance company will need to see) then use truck mounted vacuums to remove the free standing water. We then utilize the proper amount of dehumidifiers and air-movers for the dry out and track the process daily with trained individuals utilizing Flir moisture readers. In addition, we provide drying logs to you and your insurance. Finally, we repair all damage to your home restoring it to original or improved condition.

Upgrading!!!  If you are wanting to turn your existing stock bathroom into your own private spa retreat or the kitchen to the luxurious, highly functional heart of your home, Select Renovation has got you covered.  Id you just need more space, we can add an extra room, extend the entire home or add a mother in-law suite above the garage.

Select Renovation not only takes care of all home needs, but everything on the property. We can install fencing (wood or metal), automatic gates, driveways, french drains, gutters, garage doors and openers (or an entire garage), patio covers, pressure washing and all landscaping needs.

Select Renovation also handles the small jobs.  Need a new water heater, a small drywall repair or just installing a new plumbing or electrical fixture we can take care of those for you.

Along with free estimates we also offer a free pre-purchase walk though to help buyers understand the cost to make the potential new home move in ready or to upgrade to be to make it their dream home. This does NOT include any engineering or drawings and does NOT constitute as a home inspection.
